The products shipped to you as a result of a web site order, personal contact or book signing, were done so on the promise of payment (i.e. Purchase Order) or receipt of payment (i.e. cash, credit card or check.) If you received damaged merchandise, I am happy to replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact me directly at 888-566-7536 to discuss your situation.

If you are unhappy with your order, all merchandise received is fully refundable up to two weeks after receipt. However, you will be responsible for covering the shipping and handling charges of the returned merchandise. I trust however, that you will be inspired and find joy in the products you have purchased from me.

Shipping Policies and Charges

Given the diversity of quantity and selection offered on my Online Store, shipping and handling charges that exceed $5.00 will be invoiced separately, or if paying by charge card, automatically charged to your account. All orders will have an automatic $5.00 shipping and handling charge added as part of your grand total. Please note that these charges include the packaging and postage of your order. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped using USPS standard delivery or UPS ground service. Both are relatively inexpensive and have your product to you within five days or less.

If you require express service, please check out the options below for an idea of the expenses. As you prepare to check out of the Online Store, simply make your requests in the "Special Instructions/Comments" box. Express mail does cost considerably more than standard or ground delivery.
