Event Planning Guide and Check List

Please provide the requested supplies and set-up requests below to ensure the very best of  Nancy Hunter Denney’’s speaking and training services.  If both the “keynote” and “workshop” are in the same location, speak directly to Nancy.  If more than one location is involved, please be sure the set up is available no later than one hour prior to the beginning of the event. Thank you.

For a KEYNOTE:

Please note:  The speaker is only 5’ tall.  An elevated platform is requested—or stage—for large  keynote events and should be no less than 8’x16’. The larger the better.

Hand held cordless  microphone or lavalier microphone.

VCR  projection unit to show video on large screen.  No TV monitors please.

Large screen.

4 bottles of water.
