Program Set Up Requests

A simple check off list of media needs, room set up preferences, program supplies and so on is sent with the contract. Not all venues are the same and logistical requirements need to be flexible. Therefore, you are encouraged to speak directly to Ms. Denney to confirm all set up requirements.

Program Planning Check List

Below is a sample of the check list accompanying your contract. NOT ALL ITEMS WILL BE NECESSARY DEPENDING UPON YOUR PROGRAM NEEDS. However, in most cases, this list serves as a useful guide to ensure you receive the best training programs and/or keynote experience possible! If both the “keynote” and “workshop(s)” are in the same location, please discuss what is needed directly with Ms. Denney. Her objective is to give you the very best. If more than one location is involved, please be sure the set up is available no later than one hour prior to the beginning of the event. Your time is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

For a KEYNOTE:

Please note: The speaker is only 5’ tall. An elevated platform is requested—or stage—for large keynote events and should be no less than 8’x16’. The larger the better.

Handouts

For most training experiences, a complete set of original handouts will be sent electronically at least a week prior to the event. The client is asked to provide copies of the handouts for their participants or audience members. All work is original and adds to the educational benefit of the experience. Printing front to back is fine. Please make sure the page breaks are clean and exercises sit properly on the page. Thank you!
